Workplace Violence
A proactive and effective workplace violence (WPV) program includes early detection and intervention which requires awareness and training, an appropriate reporting mechanism (to include the ability to report concerns anonymously), as well as proper processes in place to mitigate the risk from beginning to end. Often matters involving WPV risk can require follow-up monitoring and action for a significant period after the initial reporting. All these moving parts work together to keep people safe and minimize the exposure of the Company to liability. Of course, not all WPV incidents can be prevented, but should a serious incident occur, you can be assured that the Company’s processes and procedures, as well as actions taken to mitigate the risk, will come under intense scrutiny. We can help you build from the ground up or improve upon an existing program.
Threat Assessment & Response
RNS can support your team with navigating through and managing existing and future risks reported. This would include support during the initial receipt of the matter, developing an appropriate response, and support of the case management process to work toward a safe outcome for all parties involved.
Executive/Employee Protection
RNS can also support you with developing an executive protection plan for those leaders/employees that may need to travel to high-risk areas, as well as for those who may be experiencing specific threats related to their role in the Company.
